11.5 Print Preview

When you have selected “Yes” of “Print preview” on <Basic information registration>, <Print

preview> appears by clicking [Print] on each screen.

● [Printer to be used]

The name of the printer to be used is displayed.

● [Print]

Press this button to have the contents displayed on <Print preview> printed.

● [Create PDF file]

Press this button to save preview in PDF file which can be read by Acrobat Reader.

● [Close]

Press this button to close <Print preview>.

●

Press this button to zoom <Print preview>.

●

Press this button for printer setting.

* Press [Create PDF file] button to create PDF file.

* If you choose “Acrobat Distiller” for “printer to be used” and click [Print], failures may

occur in created PDF file.
